It has been a busy few months at Oath Home. You may have noticed a few little changes to our website. Perhaps you have stumbled upon us for the very first time through an unexpected avenue, or maybe you have been told about Oath Home by a friend. Word of mouth is spreading and there is a bit of a buzz out there about Oath Home.
I am Oath Home’s founder. So, it’s no surprise that, by default, I believe in what we are doing. I am passionate to my core about spreading the ethos and messages the company.
Yet, even with all this passion and drive for what we are doing regarding the messages around fabric waste, fair wages, and support for homeless youngsters, I am still bowled over by the excitement that Oath Home is creating.
We have collected many more partners who are donating a vast array of unused fabric rather than sending it to landfill. We’ve hired two government Kickstarters and are thoroughly excited about the work we will be able to do with them.
In addition, we have taken on more than twenty craftspeople, craftspeople who create our designs by working flexibly around their commitments and for fair wages.
Furthermore, we had a wonderful day out in the Cotswolds at our very first editorial shoot. We are delighted that the pictures have elevated our website and the images we share with other businesses.
And finally, we have been confirmed to appear at several wonderful events. This year’s we are heading to The Spirit of Christmas and Country Living fairs and we have just found out that not only will we be exhibiting at Green Live, but I will be giving a seminar about the Oath Home ethos and messages that I am passionate about.
Even writing this, I’m astounded by the achievements of the last few months.
